The Highest Level of Prosperity
Hello to all of our friends and partners,
I pray that everybody had a great Christmas and that you have hit the New Year with passion and purpose.
3 John 2 Amplified Bible (AMP)
Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually]
I remember a minister that I knew many years ago said, how he had asked Kenneth E. Hagin why some people achieve extreme prosperity in their life and other people, who have the same promises of God don’t. Now Brother Hagin was and still is, known as one of the great all time faith preachers. The Bible School he started continues to graduate thousands of students all over the world, teaching from his books even though he went home to be with the Lord over 20 years ago. The bottom line is that he knew a thing or two about faith and living a prosperous life. The answer that he gave was this: ‘The people who lived the most prosperous lives were those who lived a life in line with their gifting’. Whilst the promises and principles of faith, sowing and reaping work for every believer, he noticed a higher harvest in life for those who lived a life in line with their gifting.
Ephesians 4:7-8
But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift.
Therefore He says:
“When He ascended on high,
He led captivity captive,
And gave gifts to men.”
Now it is obvious that gifting can mean a talent. I once told Margaret Court, who has won more Grand Slam tennis tournaments than anyone in history, that only two things prevented me from achieving what she did in tennis…a complete lack of talent and the dedication to achieve what she achieved. I was being silly but the truth of the matter is that I knew very early on in my life that I did not have the talent to be a professional tennis player. I believe that it is more than just talent though. The Apostle Paul and the Apostle Peter obviously had a gifting to preach but each recognized that Paul had been sent to minister to the gentiles whilst Peter had been sent to minister to the Jews. Whilst they both had the leadership skills, preaching and teaching ability to be great ministers, both had a specific instruction on how and where to use this gifting. I see so many ministers and everyday people trying to be something other than the incredible gift that God created them to be. The bible says that we are all fearfully and wonderfully made (Ps 139:14). You are Gods masterpiece and I believe that God has an amazing plan for all of our lives that will bring about great blessing to others and ourselves, but it is up to us to align ourselves with God’s plan for our life.
When I started this ministry thirty years ago this year, I struggled in every area. I used to sing a song or two and then preach for an hour and a half because that’s what Kenneth Copeland did and he was blessed. There was only one problem. I’m not Kenneth Copeland. When I started to focus on worship then things began to change. I now tell congregation’s that if we worship longer then I’ll preach less and everything that I preach is in some way connected to a lifestyle of worship. I started training worship teams, releasing more worship resources and for wonders to behold, we started to prosper! That prosperity is available to anyone who will live in line with the grace of God that is on their life. God has given us all grace but it’s up to us to use it in line with the plan that God has for our life.
Cristie and I are entering our 4th week out of our five months of ministry in Europe. We have been so encouraged by the doors that God has opened and the grace upon our ministry. We felt the call of God to sow at least three months every year into German speaking Europe and God has blessed us for aligning our will with His. We have released our worship manual in English and German. If you want to avail yourself of this valuable resource then you can access it by the link below. If you feel led to support this ministry as we preach the Gospel around the world, please click the link below. Some choose to give a one-time gift, while others feel called to sow regularly and become ministry partners with us. You may not be able to travel the world to preach the Gospel yourself, but you can help send those who can.
We love you, pray for you, confess God’s word over you and believe God’s best for you.
Much love and blessings,
Peter and Cristie
